Thank You, Pamela!

Lately, I have experienced some challenges with my health. A friend had heard of this and sent a little something to cheer me up. Well, it worked! I thought I'd share it with you today!

~*~

Pamela, A.K.A. Tatskool from
sent a beautiful pink beaded heart made
of her beautiful hand tatted lace!

It arrived all the way from lovely Ireland!

Isn't it sparkly?

***

She sent it in this adorable handmade card

along with some of her wonderful HDT

(Hand Dyed Thread)!

Here's the bunch of goodies together.

***

Here is a close up of the thread. This is her new fabulous "Rasperry Ripple"

HDT (hand-dyed thread).

Pamela has started selling her beautiful HDT's

and they are available at her shop:

She has featured her beautiful new line
of Choco-Rasperry HDT's

***

Take a look at this BEAR-y cute card!

She made this, herself!

I just love handmade cards and the photo doesn't do it justice.

The photo cannot show the beautiful glitter and details on the card

that are seen in person.
*

Here's her very sweet note that she wrote inside:

Awww...that is so sweet, Pamela!

Yes, it certainly did add a sparkle to my smile!

***

Okay, let's take a look at that beautiful hand tatted

lace heart one more time, shall we?

These beads are so sparkly because they

are crystal beads that are lined on

the inside with real silver!

*

Let's have a closer look.

Very nice work, Pamela!

Thank you!

~*~

It was so nice of you to come by and let me share this sparkly heart with you! I hope it has added a sparkle to your smile, too! I am grateful for the friendships I've made through blogging and Pamela's gesture is a fabulous example of that. Gifts are nice AND the fabulous support and kindness that we show each other in the blogging community are the true gifts! Thank you!

Be sure to say hello before you run off to visit Pamela's blog! :)

Love,

XOXO

  9. When I was little I didn't get the fuss grownups made over "having your health". Now that I'm "old", boy do I EVER get it! I hope you are back in the pink very soon. And speaking of pink... (what an artful segue, huh)

That is a very pretty, sparkly, pink heart Tatskool made you. So nice. And the little teddy bear on the card, so cute. Is Teddy dimensional? He kind of looks like his little snout pops off the page!

    Take care,
    Ann

  16. Hi Wally (Needledreams)! What is an "ARK" that you are making a reference to? Anyway, I see that my order from you is on it's way! WOO HOO! I am excited! I will definately look for it over the next week or so. YAY!

Ha ha! Hi Ann, that was a perfect segue! Very clever, indeed. I so know what you mean about hearing the grown ups going on and on about "you have your health" or "Look at all that energy; I wish I had it". I was clueless. Needless to say, I am no longer clueluess about what they meant. Glad you liked Pamela's heart!

Hi Grizzly Mountain Arts! That's the beauty of "auto-publish", LOL! You can make up a bunch of posts before hand and have them publishing while you're feeling miserable, LOL!

Hi Rue! ((Hugs)) back to you! I'm so glad you took my suggestion about the sitemeter. Melissa from Honey Bee's Bliss had suggested it to me and I've loved it just to see where everyone is visiting from all over the planet. It wasn't until after I'd had it awhile that I noticed it could be utilized for online blogging safety! Thanks for stopping by!

Hi Gerry, yes, you are right! It is special when someone takes the time to make something just for you!

Hi KINHA. You lost my blog? Oh, no! Well, I'm glad you found it again. Thank you for asking me to follow your blog, however, I am pretty much limiting myself to following only tatting blogs right now. You are welcome to come back and visit anytime now that you've found my blog again. Have a nice day!

Hi Carolyn, thanks for stopping by! It's always a pleasure to have you come and visit. I am lucky to have a sweet friend that would send me a lovely tatted heart, I agree!

Thank you, Rose! Yes, it definately did cheer me up!

  40. what treasures!!! hope your feeling better...is it because you rushed out at 5am to get a fishtank to help you put on make-up :) i couldnt stop giggling when i read that!

    kind kind wishes

    ReplyDelete
  41. Hi Kathleen Grace. I guess when you say it's "Subeautiful" you really meant to say "so beautiful" and not "sub-beautiful" which is less than beautiful, right? So, if I'm interpreting that right, then Thanks for your sweet comment about my friend's tatting! ;)

Hi Meandering Pearl! I am glad you came to visit. I have no idea what you are talking about in regards to going at 5 am to buy a fishtank to put make up on. I haven't written anything about that. Maybe you had more than one comment window open at a time? LOL!

Thank you for stopping by my blog today!
I'd love to hear what you have to say!

While you're leaving your comment so dear
This is what I'd rather hear...

If "TattingChic" seems like it's too long
"Chic" or "Chiclet" will sound like a song.

In other words, you see,
Please don't call me "TC"!

Please! :)
...and thank you!
